Responsibilities:-

• Must possess Organization skills that include the ability to successfully manage complex projects and rapidly evolving requirements.
• Understand the job profiles, shortlisting, sourcing, and contacting the candidates from different hiring platforms.
• Understanding how a software company operates.
• Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting)
• Understanding each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
• Keeping strong follow-up with the candidates on calls and emails.
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
