Required Qualification & Skills:-

  • Freshers to 3 years experience
  • Customer success, Knowledge on Windows, Knowledge of MS word, Excel, PPT, Computer Hardware and FTP Networking
  • Thorough knowledge of (or eagerness to learn about) the company’s products and their capabilities.
  •  Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently or in a team.
  • Active problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer focus and ability to perform under pressure and work in rotational shifts.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer service experience and a customer-centric attitude
  • knowledge on Computer Hardware and FTP Networking

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

  • Along with the Customer Success Manager, own the overall relationship with customer base, which includes: initial onboarding and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Customer’s first point of contact – work directly with internal team to help improve Product experiences (feature requests, improvements, bugs)
  • Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries.
  • Help customers to maximize the value of company’s product with absolute knowledge of the product
  • Identify opportunities/ challenges for growth by relaying information back to concerned stakeholders
  • Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with concerned stakeholders.
  • Assist to monitor customer health through available metrics and assessment and carry out follow-up actions as necessary
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring a smooth experience 24/7
