Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Experience and skills
  • 1 year of experience with Oracle Finance Functional
  • Good Communication & Written Skills
• Experience/Exposure in Oracle Fusion an added advantage
• Shift: Should be ready for the night shift as well. ( Shifts: 3 pm-12, 6.30 to 3.30 am,10.30 pm to 7.30 am)

• The main role of a Support engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Fusion Cloud functional problems.
• Production support.
• Effectively communicates with team members, customers and management.
