Required Qualifications & Competencies:-

• Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting skill
• Should know about installation and configuration of email in Outlook and thunderbird.
• Should be able to check basic level of Networking issues related to system.
• A good team player
• Should be able to handle the computer hardware related request on his own.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Computer Assembling and disassembling.
• Replace the component like RAM and Hard Disk in Desktop and Laptop
• Installation of the Operating system – Windows 7/8/10
• Troubleshooting of the issues related to Operating system.
• Installation of the general software like MS office, thunderbird, WPS office etc.
• Make the Desktop and Laptop ready to be allotted to the employees with the software according to their profile.
• Coordinate with the admin team in case of doing courier Desktop/Laptop/ or any other computer parts.
• System replacement with data backup from existing to new desktop/laptop.
• Testing of Different Computer hardware with their functionality and performance.
• Take the inventory of the IT Assets and keep the records of the same.
