Required Education & Skills:-

• Very strong foundation in the English language – English-medium education (high school & college) is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in the IT industry in the role of a technical writer or content creator.
• A clear understanding of basic technical concepts related to the SDLC and IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in document creation tools (eg. those provided by Google, Microsoft, etc).
• Understand our products and services to create accurate, high-quality documentation, user guides, website and help content in English, keeping in mind the target audience
• Work closely with the development team members to keep track of ongoing product/service changes and update related content quickly
