Required Qualifications & Skills:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Required Experience – 0-15 months
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment or HR organization
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Must be willing to work in US hours
  • This is a full-time position and compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

  • Manage interview scheduling process. This includes coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters to schedule interviews in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with candidates to confirm interview schedules and provide necessary details.
  • Ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for interviews, such as arranging conference rooms and necessary equipment.
  • Coordinate with other internal teams as needed to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interviews and other recruitment activities.
  • Provide support to recruiters and hiring managers as needed.
  • Provide support in offer generation process
  • Provide Support in Immigration process transactions   
  • Assists management with development of team and execution of strategies; identifying and collaborating with management on issues impacting workload or team; ensuring uninterrupted team functioning by coordinating workflow; setting priorities for work tasks;
  • Resolving questions and concerns within the team of responsibility; developing and updating training documentation; helping facilitate team meetings; and assisting in preparation of department metrics.
  • Resolves outstanding items by researching aged or open items in accounts; compiling reports to monitor productivity and status of backlogs; providing historical data for management to review.
  • Assists in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures by analyzing and interpreting reports;
  • Implementing and monitoring human   resource compliance processes; implementing action plans to improve performance; and ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records.
  • Ensuring all interview schedules, debriefs, contingencies & Quick Base entries are accurate. Prior hands-on experience on any ticketing tool would be an added advantage; Seamlessly coordinate and communicate with onshore counterparts in the daily operations so as to create a superior candidate experience;
  • Ability to enhance the in-house tool’s functionality via continuous improvement ideas; Good knowledge of excel and should be comfortable in managing multiple production trackers;
  • Perform robust quality checks, set new benchmarks in service delivery and train new members as necessary; Excellent oral and written communication are a must; Needs to be available in the US Shift.
