Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Final-year engineering students looking to intern for six months to a year, followed by permanent employment
- Fresh engineering pass outs with less than a year of experience can also apply
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in HTML/CSS/Javascript (preferably React)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel with an understanding of macros
Soft Skills:
- Adaptability – we are a small team, and things move quickly
- Team player – empathy for clients and coworkers
- Good communication skills – the ability to make non-technical people understand technical stuff in English
- Ownership & Integrity – you take full ownership of your work and see it through
You are not looking just to fix bugs and develop features but enjoy solving actual customer problems and seeing how it impacts customers. You are comfortable in both technical and business discussions and can articulate and communicate information clearly.
