About the role:-
- CodeChef is seeking a marketing enthusiast for a frenetic journey, who will be involved with brainstorming and tweaking online and offline campaigns, playing a critical role in campaign management, along with content and strategy ideation.
- Looking for someone who will help us increase our target audience reach.
Responsibilities:-
1. Planning and initiating online marketing campaigns on Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and via Email effectively to reach target audiences
2. Attend networking events and conferences to build awareness about CodeChef
3. Brainstorm and ideate online and offline marketing campaigns effectively to reach target audiences
4. Monitor and focus on user retention/engagement on various channels
5. Manage the brand across various online and offline channels
6. Excellent project and time management skills and must be good at handling time-sensitive projects and adhering to deadlines
