Job Position :- Trainee Engineer

Job Location:-  Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Qualification needed for this role :–

 BE/B.Tech/ “BCA with MCA” ( CS or ECE ) – 60% score and above will be considered, must have already undergone basic certification / training on Java/J2EE/Dot net / Testing / C Language

About the Role:–

• This role is basically designed to provide training to Freshers and then onboard them on our Payroll.
• We JRD Systems will provide Technology Based Training on both: On-The-Job & Off-The-Job

Training Evaluation Process:–

• If the candidate do not successfully qualify in the stage by stage evaluation process, the training will come to an end
• If the candidate performs well and successfully qualifies in the stage by stage evaluation process, candidate will be onboarded on the company payroll after the completion of training.
• No Bond / No Contract

About the Interview Process:–

 First Round: Aptitude Test in the JRD Systems Office , if qualified only will be eligible for next round

 Second Round: Face to Face Technical Round

Third Round: Face to Face Technical Round

 Fourth Round: Techno-Manager Round

 Fifth Round: HR Round (Skype / Telephonic / Google Hangout)
