Qualification needed for this role :–
Β BE/B.Tech/ βBCA with MCAβ ( CS or ECE ) β 60% score and above will be considered, must have already undergone basic certification / training on Java/J2EE/Dot net / Testing / C Language

- This role is basically designed to provide training to Freshers and then onboard them on our Payroll.
- We JRD Systems will provideΒ Technology Based TrainingΒ on both:Β On-The-Job & Off-The-Job

Training Evaluation Process:–
- If the candidate do not successfully qualify in the stage by stage evaluation process, the training will come to an end
- If the candidate performs well and successfully qualifies in the stage by stage evaluation process, candidate will be onboarded on the company payroll after the completion of training.
- No Bond / No Contract
About the Interview Process:–
Β First Round:Β Aptitude Test in the JRD Systems Office , if qualified only will be eligible for next round
Β Second Round:Β Face to Face Technical Round
Third Round:Β Face to Face Technical Round
Β Fourth Round:Β Techno-Manager Round
Β Fifth Round:Β HR Round (Skype / Telephonic / Google Hangout)
